2 Account Register

To register an account with soni 101, the following conditions must be met:

• One account policy: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Providing Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information at registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure at any time.
• Password security: Members are solely responsible for the security of their own account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
• Update Contact Information: Any change to your email address or phone number must be updated in your account immediately.

3 Age Verification

Soni 101 strictly prohibits underage gaming. Users must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

5 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. Partial or full cash-out may be possible using the Cash Out option.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or goes beyond its scheduled duration, bets are generally refunded. However, different rules may apply in specific sports categories.
• Soni 101 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Special cricket betting rules: If a match is shortened due to rain or other reasons and the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets remain valid. If the match is not completed in full, bets will be settled according to the applicable conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The following conditions must be observed to enjoy bonuses and promotions on soni 101:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Match manipulation, match-fixing, or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event across different platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Using bots, automated software, or unauthorized tools.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Soni 101 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual betting activity during an investigation.
• At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Dispute Resolution

4. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to an international gaming arbitration authority.

12 Changes to Terms

Soni 101 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:
